We deploy AI that actually does the work

Koman.AI is a technology and consulting company. We help businesses move from experimenting with AI to real implementations: we train, advise, secure, automate and build custom AI solutions.

Sound familiar?

This is how AI at work often looks before someone puts the pieces together.

  1. Your people use AI, but each of them does it differently.
  2. You don't know which AI tools make sense for your company.
  3. The team uses AI without clear security rules.
  4. Your company is full of repetitive tasks.
  5. Employees lose time retyping and processing information by hand.
  6. You don't know which processes are worth automating.
  7. You've tested AI, but nothing made it past the experiment stage into daily work.

This is exactly where we can help.

We start with a conversation about how your company works. Then we choose the first step together.

How we work

What we do

Six areas that add up to one path: from training your team to a solution that works in your company every day.

First step

AI training

For employees and management. We work on your own tasks and documents, so the team walks out with methods it can use in everyday work.

  • AI basics
  • Large language models (LLMs)
  • ChatGPT in practice
  • Advanced level
  • AI in everyday work
  • AI for departments
  • Creating graphics
  • Video generation
  • AI avatars
  • Research
  • Document analysis
  • Automation
  • AI agents
  • Your tasks

We practise on examples from your team's daily work, not on textbook exercises.

  • A programme for your department

The board needs something different from marketing or accounting, so we shape the programme around the group's role and level.

  • A starting point

During the training we get to know your processes, tools and problems. Afterwards we know what's worth implementing next.

Consulting

Strategy and choice of tools

We work out where AI makes sense and where it would only add work. We point out the processes worth changing, choose the tools and plan a safe rollout.

  • Process map
  • Choice of tools
  • What to automate
  • What not to automate
  • Rollout plan

Rules for AI

Security and AI governance

We put the rules for using AI in order: policy, procedures and documentation. Your team knows which information can go into AI tools and which stays inside the company. On legal and regulatory questions we work with specialist technology and legal partners, including LexAlpha.

  • AI policy
  • Data security
  • Confidential information
  • Procedures
  • Risk management
  • Regulations

Automation

Less manual work

We take over the tasks where people retype, copy and move information from one place to another.

  • Documents
  • Emails
  • Reports
  • CRM
  • Customer service
  • Research
  • Administration
  • Data analysis
  • Workflow

AI agents

AI that runs a process

A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent runs a defined process by agreed rules: it collects the data, checks it, prepares the result and passes it on, while leaving the decision to a person wherever one is needed.

  • Handling enquiries
  • Preparing documents
  • Research and reports
  • Data checks

We build it for you

Custom AI solutions

You don't always need another tool. Sometimes you need a solution built exactly around your process.

  • Internal assistants
  • AI agents
  • Automation systems
  • Working with documents
  • Knowledge bases
  • Integrations
  • Solutions for business processes
  • An assistant that knows your company

It answers employees' questions from your procedures, contracts and documents rather than from general knowledge on the internet.

  • A tool for documents

It reads, compares and prepares documents using the templates your company already works with.

  • Integrations

We connect AI to your CRM, email and the systems your team already uses, so nobody has to switch to a new app.

From training to implementation

Training is often the first step, not the end of working together. Once we know your team and the way it works, we can go further: into analysis, automation and solutions that stay in the company for good.

  1. We learn your business

We talk to the management and department heads. We look at how you work, which tools you use and what takes up the most time.

  2. We train your team

    We often start here

Hands-on workshops built on your own tasks. Along the way we get to know the company from the inside:

    • How you operate
    • Processes and departments
    • Tools in use
    • Employees' problems
    • Repetitive tasks
    • Where AI will pay off
    Dates and prices
  3. We analyse processes

We break selected processes down into steps: who does what, with which data, and where the work stalls or repeats itself.

  4. We find opportunities

We show what's worth automating, what only needs fixing and what's better left alone. We weigh every proposal for gain and risk.

  5. We design solutions

We pick ready-made tools or design a custom solution, and we agree the rules for security and data handling straight away.

  6. We implement

We launch the solution, connect it to your systems and show the team how to use it day to day.

  7. We keep improving

We stay with you after launch: we fix what needs changing, add more processes and train new people.

AI for departments

What exactly can AI do for your department? Here are examples of tasks it can take over or speed up.

  • Management

    • Summaries of reports, contracts and data before a decision
    • Comparing budget options and scenarios
    • Materials for management and supervisory board meetings
    • Reviews of the market and competitors' moves
  • Marketing

    • Drafts of copy, posts and newsletters in the brand's voice
    • Graphics, video and AI avatars for campaigns
    • Analysis of campaign results and customer comments
  • Sales

    • Research on the company and the person you're meeting
    • Offers and follow-ups prepared from meeting notes
    • Keeping the CRM up to date without retyping
  • HR

    • Job ads and replies to candidates
    • Onboarding materials for new starters
    • An assistant that answers questions about procedures and benefits
    • Analysis of employee surveys and feedback
  • Finance

    • Reading data from invoices and documents
    • Commentary on results and reports for the board
    • Spotting unusual items and discrepancies
  • Administration

    • Handling documents and correspondence
    • Minutes and notes from meetings
    • Keeping track of deadlines in contracts and registers
  • Legal

    • Reviewing contracts and flagging risky clauses
    • Comparing versions of documents
    • Draft letters based on the company's templates
    • Research into legislation and case law, with sources
  • Customer service

    • Answers to recurring questions, including after hours
    • Draft replies for agents based on the case history
    • Routing requests to the right person
  • Operations

    • Checking orders, deliveries and statuses
    • Operational reports pulled from several systems
    • Current instructions and procedures in one place

What your company gains

We judge an implementation by what changes in the team's daily work, not by the number of new tools.

  • Less manual work

Automation takes over retyping, copying and tidying up data, and people deal with whatever needs their decision.

  • Time saved

AI prepares the first version of a report, summary or reply to a client. A person checks and corrects it.

  • Higher productivity

The same team handles more cases and clients without piling on overtime.

  • Tasks done faster

Documents and replies don't wait in a queue for one person, so cases close sooner.

  • Better use of company knowledge

Procedures, contracts and the team's experience are at hand instead of sitting in folders and in a few people's heads.

  • Safe use of AI

Everyone knows which tools they may use and which data must never be pasted into them.

Frequently asked questions

Does working with you have to start with training?

No. Training is often the first step because it lets us get to know the team and how it works. We can also start with consulting, a process analysis or one specific automation. You'll find training dates and prices on the pricing page.

How is an AI agent different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers the questions someone asks it. An AI agent runs a defined process by agreed rules: it fetches the data itself, checks it, prepares the result and passes it on. Where a decision is needed, it leaves that to a person.

What about the security of company data?

Before we implement anything, we set the rules: which data can go into AI tools, where it's processed and who has access to it. We also help prepare an AI policy and procedures for the whole company, and on legal questions we work with specialist partners, including LexAlpha.

Do we have to buy new tools?

Not always. Often it's enough to make better use of what the company already has. We suggest a new tool or a custom solution only when it genuinely pays off.

Is the training tailored to departments?

Yes. We build the programme around the group's role and level: the board works on decisions and reports, marketing on content, graphics and video, and the legal department on document analysis.

How long does an implementation take, and what does it cost?

That depends on the process and on whether ready-made tools will do or something has to be built from scratch. After the first conversation and an analysis, we give you the scope, timeline and quote.

Where to start?

Tell us how your company works and what takes up most of your team's time. We'll suggest where to begin: training, a process analysis, automation or a custom solution.
