Koman.AI / About us
Koman.AI is a technology and consulting company from Warsaw. We help businesses move from experimenting with AI to real implementations: from the first training session to solutions that work in the company every day.
We built our first tools for lawyers: for drafting court pleadings and analysing documents. We work on this with LexAlpha, an AI platform for law firms.
Today we take companies from many industries through the whole journey: we train teams, analyse processes, set the rules for working safely with AI, automate repetitive tasks and build custom solutions.
We train on the tasks the team does every day, so people know straight away where to use AI.
Before we recommend anything, we check what the work really looks like. Sometimes it's enough to make better use of what the company already has.
We agree the rules for working with data before the implementation, not after it.
Once the solution is up and running, we improve it, add more processes and train new people.
We work alongside a team of developers and AI specialists.
